Introduction: God has revealed His vision to CBMC, and He has been at work through us to put this vision into action. The preeminence of Christ and His power working through men is central to our core values and our vision. Based on this Christ-centered focus and with much prayer, we have established Five Strategic Objectives for the CBMC ministry to fulfill its vision.

In order to be “changing lives of businessmen one life at a time,” we need to equip every man in our movement to live the vision, mission, and values. Equipping has three components:

• Training in skills and providing tools in order for men to pursue the lost and invest their lives in others
• Developing spiritually mature leaders who will multiply teams and city ministries
• Building vibrant, fruitful ministry in the top 100 cities

As these teams and city ministries are built and multiplied, the movement spreads to other cities and the nations through the power of God.

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20-21).
