CBMC Legacy Leadership Initiative

Both the Biblical Foundations for Leadership and the CBMC Leadership Coach Training workshops for LLI participants are held twice a year in various cities. Group size is limited to 15. The Building Powerful Ministry Team workshop for team facilitators and consultants being equipped through the LLI is held twice a year in various cities. Group size is limited to 20.

Required Investment to Participate in the CBMC Legacy Leadership Initiative:

Lodging, meals, materials and course fees are covered for all participants. This is a total value of more than $4,500 per person.

Funding for participants is being provided by the 2010 Legacy Leadership Initiative fund. This special fund is being endowed by donors from across the country that recognize the importance of equipping, empowering, supporting, and releasing for service the next generation of CBMC leaders.

Travel to and from all workshops is the responsibility of the participant and/or his local team. A $250 registration deposit will be required for each course. This will be refunded upon completion of the course.

Enrolling in the Legacy Leadership Initiative

Participants are admitted based on their observable passion for intimacy with Christ and demonstrated commitment to the CBMC Vision, Mission, and Values along with the following guidelines:

1. Next Generation or ability to relate them
2. Active in local CBMC
1. Demonstrated leadership ability or potential
2. Demonstrated teaching/facilitation skills
3. Experienced with Operation Timothy
4. Primary ministry
3. Recommendation from local leader/national leader
4. A sense of calling to expanded CBMC leadership opportunities
5. Ability to invest significant time over several years
6. Willingness to teach others what you are learning through LLI
7. Agreement with Statement of Faith
8. Willingness to continue in CBMC leadership in the future as God leads
