Building Powerful Ministry Teams
Our three-day, professional course is in partnership with Triaxia Partners of Atlanta,
Georgia and lead by David Thiel, the Practice Leader for Team Development at Triaxia
Partners.
David has nearly two decades of experience working with large and small manufacturing,
retail, and service companies. He is an accomplished marketing strategist, and holds
an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
God calls us to work together in teams in order to multiply what he will accomplish
through us. That’s why we want everyone in CBMC to become vital members of fruitful
ministry teams.
We define a team as a group of interdependent people who choose to cooperate
to achieve exceptional results. How effectively a team can produce
those results depends on these characteristics:
- A Common Purpose:
The Reason for Cooperation
- Clear Roles:
The Strategy for Cooperation
- Accepted Leadership:
The Structure for Cooperation
- Effective Processes:
The Method of Cooperation
- Solid Relationships:
The Climate of Cooperation
- Excellent Communication:
The Means of Cooperation
In this course, men will obtain experience with proven team-consulting methods and
take home tools for improving the performance of their teams.
