There are occasions when we will ask you to provide personal information. We do this to better understand and respond to your needs and provide you with services that may be valuable to you.

In order to maintain a consistently high level of service quality to our constituents, we may use the content of written or electronic communication (email, letters, etc.) for internal CBMC, Inc. training purposes. Even in such limited usage, the originator’s name and any other identifying information are withheld from both the teachers and the training recipients.

For example, if you supply us with your credit card information to make a purchase or a donation, we encrypt the card number.
