This virtual institute intensely focuses on equipping spiritual leaders among the business and professional community. Utilizing the internet and web technology, this unique institute has a global reach impacting the marketplace in over 70 countries. Mentors, coaches and a small group provide a local touch. The realities of the Christ Life is the basis of the spiritual focus. This process can be used to help develop team and personal leadership.

Our curriculum is designed in workbook formats which have sampled from the illustrations and teaching of all our CBMC material and our partner ministry's studies. Some of the studies are designed to be discussed within a group rather than read and studied by an individual, however we believe anyone can benefit from dwelling on the thoughts presented.

A leader is one who from Christ serves and influences others to fulfill God's purposes and for their own good.
