Return for Credit

You may return within 30 days of delivery for a credit against future sales less a 10% restocking fee. Please note:

• Items must be in new condition and shipping charges are not refundable
• Special orders and apparel items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

Return Due to Damage in Shipment or Our Error

If you received an item that was damaged in shipment or due to our error, please call 800-566-2262 to make arrangements for the return. These returns must be completed within 30 days of the original shipment and if possible returned in their original product packaging. If the item was damaged in shipment, CBMC will give you a credit for the return shipping costs and exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
